Deliyuz Suc Guerrero — Restaurant in Guanajuato

I had a horrible experience at this restaurant, i had ordered a club sandwich and i found two hairs inside my sandwich i just closed the sandwiches and did no bother to even eat the sandwiches, i mentioned it to the weightriss if i can get a discount and she said she dont think so , she still had the nerve to ask for the hair. At the time to pay they still had another nerve to tip themselves on the receipt . Me as business owner i would of gladly gave my customer the option to remake their food.. i would never loos a client over a hair..little did they know i was just their for touring purposes.. with that beeing said i do not recommend...

Antes visitaba este lugar con mucha frecuencia, el domingo salí a desayunar con mis papás, y tremenda decepción, las preparaciones desabridas, muy poca salsa para los chilaquiles y la porción muy pequeña pareciera que fue lo último que tenían y con eso completaron 3 platos , pedí que llevaran cecina y arrachera y de arrachera llevaba dos pedacitos, jamas llevaron acompañamiento (pan, salsas). La verdad no vuelvo a ir , el servicio estuvo regular se ve que los muchachos le echan ganas a brindarte el servicio pero les falta mucha...

Las peores tortas que he comido en la vida. Por el precio de cada torta esperaba algo mejor. La milanesa no tenía sabor y era muy dura . Las bebidas estaban tibias y no les ponían hielo. El tiempo en espera es tolerable, ya que los alimentos los preparan al momento.
