IHOP — Restaurant in Guanajuato

I've gone a few times and service has not changed one bit. On top of that the other time I had gone there was mold on my bread, I kindly asked them to give me a new burger. What did they do? They simply took my plate and my burger with moldy bread and just switched the bread. 20 minutes later they returned with my plate and the food was cold, they didn't even bother to serve me warm fries. I am basing my rating on that experience because their customer service really needs to change, on top of that they need to stop serving moldy bread to people. They are lucky I didn't get sick... Because if that had been the case I would of sued that place and made sure it was condemned for they type of food that was getting served...

El personal es amable ,peroooooo el servicio es muy muy tardado la comida sin sabor y los hotcakes saben a harina solamente, no recomiendo venir a este lugar ,busquen mas opciones de restaurantes. Tiempo de atención: TARDAN, si bien es un restaurante, no deja de ser una cadena de "comida rápida" no existe una verdadera comunicación entre meseros y cocina, se nota que los pedidos van saliendo como se les da a entender y muchas veces no sale los pedidos de una mesa completa, por lo que si bien llega un plato tendrá que esperar tu acompañante le llegue el suyo. Comida: Si bien los hotcakes y los waffles son el punto fuerte de la carta, son carentes de sabor por completo, sin sabor por si solos sin textura y con un profundo sabor a harina que solo hace que se vuelvan pesados, las jaleas y complementos para este platillo, no son malos pero si tienes que abusar de ellos para lograr que el plato tenga sabor y textura. Los platillos de desayuno mejor no lo prueben las porciones son un verdadero chiste. Lugar: el sitio se aprecia limpio, con música de fondo que en ningún momento se eleva por encima del volumen de voz de una conversación casual. Espacios definidos por diferentes tipos de mesas , privados, sillas altas , aunque no ví algún espacio para grupos grandes (+5 personas). Worst people ever work here, all the bad reviews are right, they refused me service because I was doing pressups outside to keep fit on my long hike (it's called excersise) if you knew about it you might not be a waste, jealous of others, it was Christmas day and refused me to eat. You are getting paid for nothing. I used to get paid for cleaning up after customers 247, do your job, my friends will be back and you are going to regret being so weak...
