El Bbq más triste que he comido en mucho tiempo. El brisket estaba espeluznantemente seco, la foto que pongo es después de que lo bañamos cañón en salsa bbq pero logré rescatar una orilla para retratar lo seco que está, el pulled pork parecía pollo con mole (no tengo nada en contra del pollo con mole, pero quiero probar pulled pork, no pollo con mole), el pan de caja les juro que se desmoronaba al tocarlo de lo viejo que estaba, las costillas dicen que son baby back, pero te dan el costillar full size y eso es mentir, los acompañamientos mega tristes y también les dejo una foto de un boneless que lit estaba negro por dentro y todos los demás era 60% pan y 40% pollo. No es justo que califique el de las torres? Tal vez, pero tampoco es justo que nos sirvan esa tristeza de comida y no tengamos donde comentar. La cuenta fueron $1,500 y de verdad me sentí asaltado.
