I am so disappointed and angry. I saw this place online and thought it looked super nice and expected to have an amazing experience here for my birthday but that’s not at all what happened. When we were seated we were greeted by one of the waitresses who was only serving ginebras, she was super sweet and nice but she wasn’t our waitress, she was only serving those cocktails around all the other tables as well. We waited forever for our actual waitress to come to our table and when she finally did, she came with an attitude, rushing us and making ugly facial expressions at us when we were trying to order. She never asked us if we were doing okay or needed anything. We had to keep asking other people for drinks, etc. My family asked for a cake for me since it was my birthday, the cake came at the last minute when we asked for the check to leave. I have never experienced such bad service like this ever. The place is beautiful, the cocktails are great but all of that is not worth it when you’re treated with such disrespect. That waitress ruined the whole experience and it’s such a shame because the place is absolutely beautiful. I didn’t get her name because she never even introduced herself to us. All she did was rudely ask us what we wanted, dismissed us, gave us ugly looks and attitude, and never checked on us until we had to ask...
