A great place for fresh, mostly raw seafood. The atmosphere is nautical, and your waiter may bring you generous samples of their creative dishes. Highly recommended.
We returned, over a year later, to enjoy Pancho's two days in a row. We were attended by Aldo, a friendly young waiter who spoke some English. I had the Ostiones al Jardinero, a spectacular cold dish of 5 huge Rock Oysters dressed with cucumber, onion and tomato and topped with large, peeled, impeccably fresh shrimp. My wife had a large coctel de camarones, without catsup, at her request.
A large tostada that combined marlin in vinaigrette and more was good, but did nor reach the level of the preceding dishes.
On our return the next day, we both had "cazuelas", which are a sort of rustic seafood cocktail in a bowl, with large pieces of tomato and avocado on top. My wife's contained her favorite combination of shrimp and octopus, while I had a delightful Cazuela Campechana, which held a bit of every mariscos of those available.
