Pollo Feliz Silao — Restaurant in Guanajuato

Yesterday, Dec. 2, 2021, four of us visited the Pollo Feliz, Libramiento Nte. 2180. We go for the delicious arrachera, salad, and side dishes. The food is excellent; the service is very good. Yesterday, however, the service provided by ADRIAN BARRIENTOS was outstanding. He is amiable, quick to serve, and offers helpful suggestions. 👍 Thank you, ADRIAN!

👎 We suggest the salad bar be used ONLY by the Servers and Not the customers. Many are careless about masking or washing their hands. Please. Sincerely, Cristina...

Cierto llegue tarde antes de cerrar... La gente que labora andaba de carrera limpiando... Me tomaron la orden, poco había de lo que pedimos.. Porque el queso ya lo habían guardado... Ah porqué quien hace las tortillas ya había dejado de hacerlo... Nos sirvieron tortillas, no todas, pero mínimo cuatro, duras y mal calentadas, como corriosas... Luego ya no había salsa, imagínense comer un pollo sin salsa que horror.... patético.. Total sí no hay producto o alimentos completos, ya no des servicio al cliente,... Domingo familiar echado a perder, gastando dinero que con mucho esfuerzo me gano y que salgan con esto.. Tengo acudiendo a este lugar desde que se instauró y no.me había pasado algo así.. Sí bien es cierto, pretendí en ese momento encarar al mesero, me refiero hacerle saber.mi inconformidad, mi familia me tranquilizó, porque soy diabético y estoy dializado, con problemas de retinopatía diabética..y no querían que me afectara.. Chicken is great. The rest: not so great. Salad was fresh, but had few ingredients and no dressing. (Mexico has excellent things to make a salad more interesting, but this place didn't bother).

I suspect the table seating inside may have been better (mine was takeout). A server could have probably helped make the meal...
