Birrieria Tapatía — Restaurant in Jalisco

Buenas tardes tenía mucho tiempo que no comía ahí. Pero el día de hoy me lleve una sorpresa 😳 ya que tienen nuevo local. Tienen estacionamiento.

Mucho espacio dentro de el restaurante, El establecimiento: se lleva un 💯.

Servicio: Todos los meseros se comportaron de maravilla, súper atentos, ofreciendo el servicio al 100% felicidades 🎊• Pero ningún mesero trae gafete como para saber el nombre de la persona que te atendió.

BIRRIA: NO tenían birria de Chivo !!!!!! Mal muy mal. La birria de res muy buena con muy buen sabor, las tortillas muy ricas y grandotas. Lo malo que primero te llevan las tortillas y 5 minutos después el plato de birria. Así que cuando empiezas a comer las tortillas ya se enfriaron en especial si tienes un ventilador cerca, afortunadamente el mesero apagó el ventilador.

Precio: Plato grande: $165.00 ya sea de chivo o de res Plato mediano: $155.00 de chivo o de res.

Porciones: Como no tenían birria de chivo pedimos de res. Creo fueron 300g de carne eso si que no falte el consomé todo el que pidas. De igual forma creo ahí otras opciones y más barato. Por qué 200 por persona solo por birria y Pepsi se me hace caro 😅. Igual mi humilde comentario.

Las Tortillas: Creo que las tortillas están súper mega buenas. Son unas tortillas recién hechas, súper grandes pero muy ricas en especial por que están calientitas. Muy ricas.

Salsas, cebolla picadita, y limones recién partidos. ...

This used to be my go to place for birria and for bringing other people to try birria. I hope the price they made us pay for toothpicks container was worth more to them than all the business that I brought them in the past or would bring them in the future.

Edit: The lack of professionalism in their reply should tell you all you need to know. It is better to spend your money in a place where they actually respect...

Nice place for traditional birrieria which is not expensive. This is a small shop like a kind of local style . Don't expect like a restaurant style. Staff are not able to speak english but they are very friendly and helpful . The birrieria is not spicy but they have spicy sauces which can be used. Over all...
