BrewLab Café — Restaurant in Jalisco

I have this thing where if I don't eat I'll die. Most people have that. I looked on the internet for ways to fix this and I came across this place. We ordered their breakfast nachos. That's right. I had nachos for breakfast. The diet is going great. They were awesome. We got our coffee pressed by the french. Definitely the best people to press your coffee. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, I did not get robbed. The price point was good, and the best part, I'm still alive.

First of all this Café has air-conditioning. On those hot days in April and May this will be a distinct advantage. The place is friendly and comfortable. There is a love seat and multiple tables.

The staff is very knowledgeable and Friendly. They have multiple methods to make your coffee. There were 2 unique methods that I had never seen.

Hoy, en mi visita al café, buscaba comenzar mi cumpleaños de manera positiva. A pesar de no ser una amante del café, decidí explorar opciones diferentes del menú Brew. Al preguntar sobre las opciones, el barista, con una actitud algo arrogante, describió los tipos de café de manera un tanto condescendiente. Al consultar sobre la posibilidad de agregar endulzante, su reacción fue un tanto exagerada, puso los ojos en blanco y añadió literalmente "eso es un PECADO", lo cual me hizo sentir incómoda y llevó a que pidiera algo que no era realmente de mi agrado. Aunque entiendo que la adición de endulzante puede afectar la calidad del café, creo que la comunicación puede mejorar para que los clientes se sientan más acogidos, especialmente aquellos que no somos expertos en café. Luego, llegó una chica a pedir un Macchiato y de manera muy engreída, lo primero que dijo fue: "¿Sabes qué es un Macchiato?" En fin, entiendo que sea un "Brew Master", pero sinceramente, su actitud es muy arrogante. Además, la calidad del café no cumplió con mis expectativas, no tenía el sabor que él prometió. No dudo que para los expertos en café este lugar sea de buena calidad, no dudo que sus productos sean buenos, es más un problema de actitud. Espero que esta retroalimentación contribuya a mejorar la experiencia para todos...
