Carl's Jr. Macroplaza — Restaurant in Jalisco

Ordered and waited half an hour for 9 very COLD chicken strips and waffle fries. I had been to this location at microplaza during the day but never at night. The evening staff definately needs help and management. Even though i was surrounded by 3 servers at other tables, no one noticed that I was sitting for an order that hadn't come out until I flagged one of the 3 servers and asked where my order was... he rushed back to the kitchen with my receipt and the food suddenly magically appeared...but...It appeared ice Cold and was abruptly and quicly put on my table without even asking if I wanted the typical dipping sauces. I stopped the server and asked for sauces. When the server returned I also asked for a couple more packets of ketchup for my fries but he instead told me that I should use ranch dressing instead which comes in a small plastic refillable cup. After a discussion which I once again restated what I really wanted, he brought 2 more packs of ketchup out of his apron for me. My frustration intensified after I noticed that my food was cold and tasteless and obviously had been sitting back waiting in kitchen area for some time. I am highly disappointed as Carl Jr is not a cheap burger place. Now as a side note, I ordered a 9 piece chicken strip combo and was served 7 regular strips, 2 very small pieces, and some breaded chicken crumbs which is totally unacceptable. I had taken a 25 minute cab to get to the restaurant because of a craving for their chicken strips but now I am rethinking any...

I've been there several times since they open for both breakfast and lunch. Their Portobello hamburger combo was very good. Always pleasant counter staff, food prepared quickly, fresh and served hot. Always clean in the dining area, beverage area and restrooms. I just don't know if their hours are accurate with being closed on Monday and Tuesday and open 24 hours the rest of the day. Domingo 8 de septiembre, el servicio es super excelente a mi niño le encanta ese lugar! Lo unico malo del lugar y ya es la segunda ocasion que pasa es que si dejas una cosa olvidada ( hablo por lo que me paso a mi) la primera vez fue que olvidé un estuche de lentes ( vacio) y nunca lo pude recuperar y ayer me paso lomismo pero aquí si reaccione de inmediato y estoy segura que lo dejé cuando saque mis lentes bifocales y deje el estuche a un lado del cajero y me retire a esperar la orden al segundo reaccione a buscarlo y ya no estaban y comencé a preguntarles , yo entiendo esa parte de k estan todos ocupados, bueno para no hacer larga la reseña no me hacian caso y el cajero ya habia guardado el estuche y pues yo lo veia k ya me había dado cuenta hasta que les insisto de manera molesta que no me hacian caso y el cajero k me atendio dijo " si en el estuche que meti y lo guarde" entonces comprendi que sinoo tenian, ( lo queno me parece que no halla un lugar donde talnvez la gente olvide cosas y no lleven un control porque yo insisti a k pues me dieran un pokito de atencion para poder recuperar mi estuche que solo fue eso gracias a Dios si no me kedo hasta sin mis lentes k no cuestan un peso ni dos. No me agrado la actitud del cajero y la atencion del " encargado" yo entiendo k no se preocupen por las cosas personales de uno pero si de hacerse responsables ellos de saber k si tu lo guardaste o recogiste pues k los demas sepan k hay un objeto olvidado no costoso pero si de valor sentimental por decirlo asi y k lo...
