Cocomar — Restaurant in Jalisco

I made the mistake of ordering lobster tail. If you are from Canada or the US and have had lobster tail- DO NOT make the mistake of ordering this. This is river lobster AKA spiny lobster and they charge a hefty sum for this. It's as disgusting as it sounds. This is naturally a drier and tough lobster, which I found out after I left and googled it. They broil this. It came out to the table looking browner on top than it should have. They should serve this with a hacksaw. The flavor is ok but it's like chewing shoe leather. The waiter seemed unsure of what exactly to do when I told him it was really bad. So they made me another one. By the time 1hour and 45 minutes of being at there and still waiting for my food, I was getting very grumpy. The waiter was extremely observant and would come over, apologize and say just another 5 minutes. They didn't broil it this time but that didn't make much of a difference. My husband had a steak and that wasn't cooked properly either. (Seasalt cooks the steak exquisitely) I couldn't bring myself to give them another chance- life/vacation is too short...
