La Estacion Sourdough Pizza & Bakery — Restaurant in Jalisco

Tonight I ordered via Traitte and quickly received my pizza. It was one of there special pizzas with eggplant and pepperoni which I ordered well done. I had ordered here 1 time and my pizza even though expensive was good. This Dec I ordered from them and for some reason my pizza came covered in onions. I can't eat them at all..so it went in the trash. I emailed them off Facebook immediately with no response. Well tonight my pizza came and my Mom got it from the driver and said this is gonna be an issue.. the pizza is like mush it's a soggy mess.. she gave me a few pieces on a plate . It was slimy and so doughy and gooey it was inedible. So another over 400peso(with traitte)pizza went into the trash. Maybe you guys got a new pizza cooking person but if your gonna sell pizza this is not acceptable. I know you guys were good..but my trashcan is getting to much pizza from you..then like tonight I had to order from another place. Please guys work with your cooker or stop selling pizza. I have pizza reviews with over 100k views on them.. so I do enjoy pizza Thanks Fred San...

I used to love this place but I don't know what happened! The pizza the last few times was very soggy, limp crust and the service: there are a few EXCELLENT people, one lady who is so charismatic and so friendly, I think she is a baker but the waiters have not been trained. Shy, no recommendations to offer, they don't keep an eye to see if you need anything. One waiter was chewing gum while talking. A woman in the kitchen, no apron, EATING bread, so her hands were going in her mouth, she wiped them on her teeshirt then stuck her hands in the dough! Best pizzas in Ajijic! The place was so clean and the service from the waiters is so attentive. They made us feel so welcome.

We ordered to go but in the meantime we waited for the pizza, they offered us a delightful piece of bread free of charge! And the pizza is also great. Price is good and they add lots of toppings. We ordered half and half and it was just so delicious and great. The half with shrimp and mozzarella was my favorite. I can’t remember the name of it but ask them; it’s so tasty.
