After few months passing by this place, I finally decided to stop by to have Breakfast, according to the reviews they're one the best breakfast places in town, We arrive around 12:00pm and the Waiter offered to take our drinks order, after we ordered our main dishes we waited more than 45 minutes and our waiter was just chilling talking to the personnel and left our dishes seated in the bar for a long time, we had to request help from other waitresses around us, after we received our orders obviously the dishes were cold, plus the waiter never came back to check on our table to offer anything else, we left the restaurant very disappointed and not expecting on coming back or recommend this place to our friends or family, The customer service is a shame because the place...

Una actitud prepotente de la hostess que se siente la dueña del lugar. Habiendo solo 4 mesas ocupadas no pudimos sentarnos en donde queríamos por qué ha que tino teníamos todas las que queríamos estaban reservadas. Haaa pero aparte de eso al llegar no había nadie en la entrada pasamos nos sentamos y nos quito de ahí primero preguntándonos : ¿ya nos habían visitado antes? Al responder que si nos responde ENTONCES YA SABEN EL PROCESO Y HAY QUE REGISTRARSE pero con un tono mamila de voz. y eso en qué cambia le das cualquier nombre y listo. Ni que te pidieran la identificación y acta de nacimiento para saber si eres tu. Ella pudo poner cualquier nombre en lugar de molestar a los clientes peeeeeero aparte esa mesa estaba reservada y nos movieron a otra. Éramos dos personas nos sientan en una de cuatro nos retira dos servicios pero así como intencionalmente quita el servicio de mi lugar dejando el de enfrente. Y ESTO SOLO ES EL INICIO. Bueno después de aguantar la carota y actitud de diva frustrada y atrapada en un trabajo de edecarne de Restaurant pasaron 8 minutos y nadie se acercaba a tomar la orden las dos meseras plática y plática al fondo… por cierto si les escribí que solo éramos 4 mesas y nosotros ??? 5 mesas 2 meseras… 0 atención. Mejor nos retiramos sin antes decirle ya en todo molesto a esta despota hostess que que pesimo servicio que nadie nos ha atendido y nos responde : ustedes ya conocen el protocolo … LA VERDAD NO PIERDAN SU DINERO NI TIEMPO EN ESTE LUGAR.
