View is nice, food is alright, service is severely lacking. Asked the server at the beginning for something like an iced espresso and he said they had a cold cappuccino.. I agreed to go with that. He left and later came back and got our food order. Later came back with the drinks. But not that cold cappuccino. Waited probably 30-40 mins for the food and before that I asked for the drink again, he said it’s coming. Well it never came. We had to flag him down to even order a dessert and at that time I told him never mind about the cappuccino because honestly, I refused to pay if he brought it by then. We were ready to order the dessert and went to tell him and he walked off. Had to wait for him to come back again. Got the dessert fairly fast but then had to wait again for the bill. I looked around to see if he was bringing the bill and he was just standing there… I looked at him and then he left to get it. Extremely slow service. The food tasted like a mall fast food Italian… not fancy at all. I definitely would not waste my money on this...

ha decaído en general, hace 3 años visité el restaurant y la comida estaba deliciosa, la atencion del personal no lo fue tanto, pero pedí el filete mignon y estaba excelente en porcion y sabor, de postre pedí el tarttufo que como lo describe el menú es un pastel con tres tipos de chocolate uno mas oscuro que el otro, forrado de chocolate, el ambiente era romantico, sobre todo tomando en cuenta que hicimos reservacion en paquete que incluía el arreglo de la mesa; hace un mes fuimos nuevamente y desde hacer la reservacion fue una odisea nos dejaron en visto 3 días seguidos en whats app despues de indicarnos depositar, solicitamos una mesa en especifico y nos dijeron que se dejaría el recado y de acuerdo a disponibilidad nos la otorgarían, sin embargo llegamos y la mesa que queríamos estaba libre y no era la que teníamos asignada, se supone que al reservar cena romántica te ponen en la seccion de "balcón" sin embargo estaban pasando a toda la clientela a esa zona y se perdía la escencia del paquete "cena romantica" habia niños corriendo etc etc, despues la entrada estaba excelente, el plato principal pedí nuevamrnyr filete mignon y la porción era pequeña realmente 1/4 de la porcion de hace 3 años, después el tartufo ya no era tartufo sino mousse de chocolate en forma de media esfera, no lo que se describe en el menu como tartufo, una lastima que...

Beautiful place with a beautiful panoramic view. The food is DELICIOUS!!! not overpriced at all. There are sometimes that there will be some live musician with a violin or accordeon playing for you while you're dinning. Definetly a romantic place to go with your partner or even a romantic dinner for youself. Plus you can order from all of the 4 restaurants around as well. I just love this...
