No hay burquer King — Restaurant in Jalisco

Unbelievable Burger King store. we ordered at 9:30pm by Ubereats and this store accepted the order. we have waited for 90minute and Ubereats keep changed the order arrival time. we trusted this and have wait but the burgers never arrived. thanks to this store, we lost all the time to order to other stores because it's 11pm and all the restaurants were closed. I don't know who accepted the order but it was really bad you could reject the order so we could find the other options. unbelievably horrible...

These jerks have ROBBED ME TWICE through Uber Eats. Today I placed an order for a Chicken Sandwich Combo + Boneless Wings. They DID NOT send the Boneless Wings.

Me gusta mucho Burger King y los chicos que están en cocina hacen un gran trabajo ya que a pesar de lo concurrido entregaron alimentos con buena presentación y con la calidad que los caracteriza... El problema viene cuando no tienen suficiente personal para el flujo del restaurante, solo vi una persona en cocina y uno en el frente tanto cobrando como entregando y mi pedido tardo más de 40 minutos cuando se supone era cómoda rápida y no deberían ser exceder los 10 minutos desde que te formas en la fila.

Aparte de todo esto en pleno Domingo y a la hora de la comida y no tenían ni aros de cebolla no hamburguesas chicas para mí pequeño sin ofrecer alguna alternativa... Termine pagando más de lo esperado por comprar algo más grande y con molestia por el tiempo. Esto no es culpa de los empleados que están en cocina y mostrador si no de una mala planeación de Gerencia, no les dan herramientas para trabajar a los empleados que son la cara...
