Amazing sourdough bakery in PV thst specializes in whole grain flours and loaves. The flavor is outstanding and I love the Peanut Butter Cookies. Their spreads are great too and they sometimes have smoked meats that they do themselves. Highly recomended, best bread in PV hands down.

As new residents of the Colonia Independencia, we are discovering unique, small businesses.

One of our recent discoveries is El Pan de cada dia. The bakery provides a delightful experience when purchasing a loaf of bread or one of their brownies.

When I enter the bakery, I thoroughly enjoy watching all of the busy staff as they tend to the business of baking. They take such care in every aspect of baking, from the mixing of the specialty flowers, the integration of the grains, the care of the dough, to the baking. With their focus on measurements, weights and outcomes, they are not only bakers but scientists!

At our home, the breads last longer than other stores. I find the breads to be nutritionally dense. Whether we use a couple of slices of bread for breakfast or to complement a lunchtime sandwich, I feel complete without feeling heavy and tired. I am energized.

Officially OBSESSED with the sourdough bread here! Our close friend knows the owner and he told me this was the best bakery in PV, and he wasn't kidding! The owner and his wife were extremely welcoming and kind. They let us sample multiple types of bread, crackers, and dips (hummus, tapenade, garlic mayo).. everything was so delicious! They even gave me a small container of caramelized onions after I mentioned how much I loved them. We will definitely come here weekly to pick up a fresh loaf of bread. Gracias...

This place is a true hidden gem ! Dios mio! - Really really good naturally fermented bread - and yes great cookies too. Mario and Irma and the team are obviously very passionate about the art and practice of making bread the right way. Labor of love! We feel very lucky to have found this spot. Thanks guys!
