They bring items to our table we did not order multiple times during it meal and we refused them... Some postres, a beer, green tea (we ordered Jasmin) and it took 10 minutes and multiple requests to receive a Coke. This was at 5:30-6:30pm and they were not busy.
After eating when we asked for the check they give me a bill for many items we never ordered in addition to the items that were brought to the table unordered and rejected. It took ten minutes to resolve the issue when all we had was one sushi roll, one entre, a Coke, a tea, and two waters. The waiter did not even think anything was out of sorts to deliver a $700+ peso charge. It did not seem like anyone knew what was going on here.
The food was bland, burnt, and soggy... Way too much butter in the lo mein. The only flavor I could taste was butter. There was congealed fat in the sauce. The lo mein was served with a fork in the middle (so the entire fork was touching the food) the plate was almost all vegetables and very little chicken for 120 pesos and the rice was cold (refrigerated not fresh.) The California roll was served with a fork thrown in the middle of it (as seen in the photo). It was not good. All around bad experience. We agreed we...
Read moremy family and i went to eat here on friday, 3/21, a day after the puerto vallarta power outage. i was so excited to try it here because ive seen so many good reviews. i didnt have any issues with the taste or with service or anything, the issue came after. a few hours later as my family and i were in the hotel, we all slowly one by one got extremely horrible food poisoning. we leave here tomorrow, but the last 3 days of our trip were spent inside sick because of the food poisoning we all got from the restaurant. due to the power outage of puerto vallarta the day prior, i assume they did not store their meat properly the day before and let bacteria grow on the food overnight, and just continued to serve it as is, which is why my dad who ordered teriyaki also got food poisoning despite never touching a piece of raw fish. my brother, who only had two pieces of the sushi roll, got it horribly as well. i blamed myself a lot for wanting to come here because the food poisoning we got in return cost us most...
Read moreI pass this restaurant during my walks at least three to four times a week. I stopped for dinner not knowing what to expect but I could see plenty of people frequenting this place. The servers were quick to come over and ask for my order. I had the teriyaki with shrimp and a lemonade. Then I proceeded to wait. My lemonade came right away and I figured that my meal would follow right after. I waited a long time for my meal. I kept looking at my watch to find out the length of time I waited. It was about a 20 minutes wait. However I was not disappointed when my food arrived. The flavors were delicious. I finished my entire meal. It was a decent plate and I enjoyed every single bite. I am definitely coming back for more and to try more items on the menu. The only drawback is that they do not accept credit cards. I was told that the machine was broken and they don't seem in a hurry to fix it. So bring cash when you come over to eat at Sushiro. And get ready for a...
