Pizzas Titas — Restaurant in Jalisco

I think a place has something good but. Just missed the target. That said..We tried Tita's pizza in Ajijic the other night for the 1st time. They have a good flavored sauce with a good portion of sauce to Dough. Toppings were decent but I think they could be a little more of them. I got the spicy Salami with Sausage. One part I felt was an issue is the dough isn't being worked inward enough to make an evenly cooked pizza. So the crust stays too wide and the center ends up being a differently cooked limp pizza. The overall flavor was good. My only other issue is I felt for the Price it was quite small. I am a big guy and I usually only will order a large. Theirs comes 1 size and for me it just wasn't satisfying. I think they have something they can improve a little and have a very good Pizza. Just needs some...
