Hubby golfs at Vista Vallarta and eats at Rosie's afterwards. He brought home Chamorro and it was absolutely one of the most delicious things I have eaten in Mexico! Very generous portion, cooked to perfection. Tender, juicy and so flavorful, but not overpowering. The consomme/ soup and salsa that accompanied it was delicious and unique! Added the cilantro and onion and it was divine. Can't wait to try other menu items. A must try while in PV area. ¡Gracias Para ti Rosie...
