I appreciate that there are various Italian, local, and international options on the menu. The pizza is some of the best that my friends have ever had here (I didn't have the pizza, but my friends enjoyed it much); however, if this restaurant wants to try some things to be a little more "authentic", I suggest the following recommendations: 1. They need vinegar. I ordered a green salad. In Italy and almost every Italian restaurant in the world, salad is served with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Although they didn't have vinegar, I was able to use limes to come close to the flavor I had expected. 2. They need to use less salt in the spaghetti sauce. Italian tomato sauce is not supposed to be salty. I ordered a spaghetti with meatballs and it was way too salty. I did not touch my beverage (lemonade) until after I ate the spaghetti, so I was able to negate the effects of the salt after I drank some of my beverage. 3. DO NOT MIX THE SAUCE WITH THE SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS. In Italy, the sauce and noodles are cooked separately, and then served in layers with sauce on top. The noodles are supposed to be put on the plate first, and the sauce is supposed to be poured on top of the noodles. The individual who is eating is the one who is supposed to make the determination as to how much sauce they want to eat with their noodles. Customers should be able to dip the meatballs in the sauce before eating the meatballs, but my plate came with the meatballs on top of the sauce. The meatballs were small and cooked to the point that their texture was a little rough on the outside, and because the noodles soaked up all the sauce, there was nothing to adhere to the meatballs; thus the meatballs were slightly dry. I usually don't eat much sauce with my spaghetti noodles, so I was slightly disappointed when I received the dish that had all the sauce mixed with the noodles already, particularly because the image in the menu showed the noodles with sauce on top (not pre-mixed for the customer). 4. Don't bring the main course when the customer has not touched the appetizer they ordered yet. I ordered a green salad, and it was the first item to be served to anyone in our group. Because the salad came with no dressing on top, I asked staff for Italian dressing or for olive oil and vinager. While I was waiting for responses from the staff to see if they had any, they served me my main course of spaghetti and meatballs. Because I did not eat my spaghetti until I finished my salad, the spaghetti was slightly cold in temperature by the time I began to eat it. 5. Make sure the entrée for each guest comes out at about the same time. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs, but the rest of our table ordered a pizza to share. I had already finished my salad and spaghetti before the pizza came to our table. Dining together (eating the main course) as a family is very important to Italians. These are my opinions only, and although there is room for improvement, the staff was attentive to our table and made plenty of effort to satisfy our needs. The manager did an amazing job at resolving the very minor concerns that we had. The pizza was amazing, and I'd be interested in returning and trying other menu options in the future.

So were do I start....I have been ordering pizza from this place for awhile now. Usually they are pretty good and quality is great. Well lately that had been changing with each order. Today was the last time I will be spending my money here. Let me explain....so I called and ordered a "Big foot" pizza combo. Which is supposed to include 4 topping pizza, chicken wings, fries, and group size beverage. Well I was told on the phone they did not have wings and would do a double order of fries...(inconvenient..but fine) then they told me will take about 45-50 mins. Then I was told that the price went from 558 pesos to 588 pesos...which was new to me. We order the same combo all the time. At least 1 to 2 times a month. Well I ordered the pizza at 5:28pm and did not receive it until 6:58pm over an hour wait. I had to call to find out were my order was and when it finally showed up it was cold!....and thrown around with the box coming apart. I called and asked about the wings again and asked why I was being charged the same price even though there was no wings. He said yes that is correct..so extra fries cost the same as chicken wings??? I doubt that! Completely ripped us off. Never again will I order from here. You just a lost a loyal customer....What is worse is this is what zapotlanejo has started to become slowly with some of the buisness. Not focused on the consistent quality and customer...
