Irina is a trained chef, and she and her personable husband Hugo serve wonderfully complex, locally sourced meals ranging from snacks to dinner entrees, all of which are original, scrumptious creations. I first stopped here just to get a green juice that I was craving. Ended up getting the waffle with fruit and peanut butter it was so yummy! Smelled amazing.
A few hours later I came back because the hotel food wasn’t cutting it for me. And I’m so glad I did because I got the topika salad with mahi mahi which incredibly fresh and the goat cheese was so creamy not sour at all. I got the detox sparkling water too it was so refreshing the basil and ginger were so aromatic. Definitely coming back again. Their ceviche, guacamole, deserts and piñas are fabulous, in fact, everything on the menu is worth trying. We made a point of eating here once a week. They are only open on the weekends.
