Burrito Factory — Restaurant in Mérida

My previous 5+star review is below. I don't understand how, in a few short months, a restaurant could decline in quality and effort so quickly and terribly. I had ordered another time after my first review and noticed the quality was going down, but this time, there was no doubt. Tonight I got the kids burrito again, which used to be big and fresh, but tonight, it was the size (and texture) of an empty toilet paper roll. No flavour and the cheese tasted like American cheese. The fries were just thrown in like an afterthought. I won't be surprised if I end up with terrible food poisoning or Hepatitis in the coming days. And they screwed up the order, not giving me the extras that I paid for. What a disappointment. I will never order from this place again and neither should you. Terrible 🤮

Amazing burritos. Huge portions and the flavour is magnificent. Only reason there's a star missing from service is because they always seem to miss the order notes and not customize. One time they even missed an extra, paid-for item (corn). Their green sauce is wonderful and we have never found any hard bits or unsavoury flavours in the burritos. As an adult, I always order the kids' meal and it's a large portion. It's veg, so just beans and cheese and you can add extras like pico or corn. Prices are good. Unfortunately, they are only with Uber Eats - who are shady and I hate having to use them - so I would recommend that they expand to Didi...

Lamentable comida y servicio. Pedimos dos burritos, un taco salad, y dos platos para niños. Todo llegó frío. Tardó una hora en hacerse el pedido, y 20 minutos en el envío a partir de que nos mandaron whats que ya había salido, a pesar de que vivimos a dos minutos en moto según el Google. Cuando les mandé mensaje con la insatisfacción, la respuesta fue ofrecer 10% de descuento o un burrito gratis en el próximo pedido. Pero no volveremos a pedir, ya que el arroz estaba sobre cocido y demasiado suave, la carne estaba sobre cocido y duro, todo helado, y mal servido en cuanto a porciones de csrne respectivo a arroz. Lástima, por que quería que...
