There is something I notice about places in Merida, good, warm, basic, eye contact service is very rare. It’s the same at this place, you walk in and are just standing for a several minutes while the employees talk, laugh and engage with each other before they even acknowledge you to give you a menu.
The frappe I got was small for what they charge and the cinnamon bun I got was very stiff, as it it may have been sitting there for a few days.
Also they say they have internet but it wasn’t working. I asked the girl at the counter what happened her response is that it fails sometimes and then she went back to sitting in her spot on her phone.

Read moreIt doesn't look anything like the reviews say, we went based on the reviews to find days old croissants and pastry that looked like it came from Costco and also not fresh, but old and dried out with unripe (white) strawberries on top. and a staff that did not even look up when we entered.
The prices shocked us......
Only plus, the terrace looked like a nice place to sit.
