Conocí este restaurante por ahí del 2017 cuando SinDelantal estaba en su apogeo, lo primero que probé fue sus tortas de pastor + papas a la francesa y desde ahí supe que este negocio iba a prometer. Después de 6 años volví a pedir por Uber Eats un medio kilo de pastor y bastante decente, me gustaba más el sabor del 2017 (en su pastor) pero se defendió bien. Hoy leyendo todas las reviews vi que se habla mucho de su suadero y decidí probarlo siempre pidiendo desde plataforma. No tengo palabras para describir lo bueno que estuvo la torta de suadero con queso, los tacos de lo mismo e IMPORTANTE, las salsas tanto picante y no picante. No se rompan la cabeza buscando un lugar donde comer todo tipo de carnitas, aquí es el lugar correcto. Si por plataforma mandan así de bien sus productos, en el restaurante deben tratarte como rey.
