Messina's — Restaurant in Mérida

Horrible service. I ordered online but it never arrived so i called them. They insisted I ordered from the wrong location even though I had a screenshot of the transaction. They proceeded to take my order over the phone and asked for my name 4 different times throughout the call. They asked for my phone number 4 times.For some reason they kept trying to talk to me in English so I switched to English. They then apologized and told me they don't understand English. I called and spoke to them in Spanish until they strangely switched to English, I have no idea why they did that. I SPEAK SPANISH!!! They were laughing the whole time while they continued to ask me for my information. El telefonista no me quiso vender! 😄 pero las pizzas están OK, nada fuera de lo normal. El precio aumentó un 15%, la cantidad y calidad de los ingredientes no es tan buena, punto a considerar. Pero si tienes un antojo de pizza están bien 😁

Había tenido un buen servicio hasta el domingo pasado, el empleado me comentó que no estaba registrado mi número (cosa que no es cierto, porque me han mandado pizzas con el mismo número). Que si tenia otro número para registrar (algo sin sentido porque puede registrar el numero que le di que segun no estaba registrado🤣) pero bueno, no lo hizo y no quiso vender (era la 1 de la tarde aproximadamente).

Y de pedir pizza en la página de messinas ni hablar porque no sirve 😅 no les llegan los pedidos a los chicos de la sucursal dicho por ellos mismos.

Hice mi comentario en facebook de oportunidad de mejora en la atención al cliente y no recibí ningún comentario o solucion a mi problemática, por lo que toca cambiar...

Muy mal servicio en general. Tardaron bastante en atendernos al llegar. Preguntamos por las opciones de aguas frescas y dijeron que si queríamos teníamos que esperar por cambio de turno hasta las 5pm (eran 4:18 pm) para que estuvieran listas. Las bebidas que ordenamos no llegaron si no hasta después de servida la comida. Tuvimos que pedir prácticamente todo: servilletas, salsas, condimentos. La mesa donde estábamos no tenía buena iluminación. Lo que sí llegó rápido fue la cuenta. Salimos del restaurante y olvidé una botella de agua, nos dimos cuenta literalmente en menos de dos minutos de haber salido, regresamos y oh sorpresa ya toda la mesa estaba limpia, y la botella ya la...
