Tonight i have to eat in Taquería mixe, i have to eat tacos of pastor with cheese. for start the meat pastor is good, however doesn't spectacular, a woman arrives and orders any quesadillas, I ask him what he thought about taqueria, and he told me that he has rarely eating here but that the food is excellent. La comida es increíble, muy rica, las porciones son realmente muy grandes, sobre todo las órdenes de carne, pueden comer hasta 3 personas

Debo admitir que mejoró muchísimo el establecimiento. Pero su personal, quiero creer que las que me atendieron están en capacitación. Tardaron un poco en tomarme la orden, cuando le pedí a la mesera que me tome la orden, entendí perfectamente que antes había hablado otra mesa, pero terminó y no se acercó. Le pedí a otra mesera y solo me dijo "ahorita" y se fue. Y de ahí esperé un buen tiempo. Solo un buen caballero, se acercó a preguntarme si necesitaba ordenar y le dije que sí. Sacó su libreta y su pluma, se puso a escribir, fue muy amable. Ojo! Se acercó porque notó que estaba en modo de espera. Yo sé que a veces nos asignan mesas de las que debemos estar pendientes pero creo que igual estamos para apoyarnos. Si compañera está ocupada, aún cuando se enoje, la apoyo en tomar la orden y luego le pasan la mesa sin problemas. Al final, generan un mal aspecto en atención al cliente Puse tres estrellas, porque no es la primera vez que me lo hacen pero fui seguido a comer, por eso digo que quizás y quiero creer que las que me tocaron estaban en capacitación. Hey I’m giving it full stars because this is a classic taqueria, nothing fancy or pretentious, just good tacos and drinks. The pastor are closest to the Mexico City style pastor I found in Merida so, I thought they were great! The service was good, the place is not too big so remember that if you plan to go.
