Deberían de capacitar a su personal. Se a pedido tantas veces a la sucursal pasteles, que me es increíble lo que me mandaron. Se habla para pedir , un PASTEL DE QUESO DE BOLA y la asesora da opciones , cuando lo que se le pidió exactamente es un Pastel , al final mandaron lo que se les pego su gana, cuando se les pidió un Pastel . Hablo para reclamar y simplemente no hay solución. De verdad si se habla para pedir exactamente algo , mandén eso . ESTO NO ES UN PASTEL !

Después de varios años regrese a Mérida y no podía faltar comprar las roscas brioche para traerlas de mi viaje. Pero gran decepción, cuando llegue a Morelia resulto que el queso estaba rancio (muy peligroso un lácteo echado a perder). Osea perdí dinero, cargarlas en el viaje, quedé mal con mi familia y no pude disfrutarlas. Ah y atención a clientes en su mundo, nunca tuve respuesta. CHEQUEN LA FECHA DE ELABORACIÓN, PORQUE DESPUÉS NO SE PUEDE HACER NADA
