Salvaje has become one of my favorite places in the area. I go back often, almost every two weeks, and it never fails to deliver. The atmosphere is vibrant and the staff already know what I like, which always makes the experience feel personal.

This time I had the tostada trio with tuna, octopus, salmon, and shrimp. The flavors were fresh and well balanced, though the octopus is usually just slightly undercooked for my taste — something I’ve noticed in a few visits. Still, I keep coming back for them because they’re that good.

I also ordered the kushiagues de queso, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and melted beautifully inside, and the rollo de rib eye, which was rich and satisfying.

As always, the cocktails were a highlight. My favorite is one made with activated charcoal — no longer on the menu, but they kindly prepare it for me every time I ask. It’s smooth, slightly smoky, and absolutely delicious.

Another thing I appreciate is the variety of drinks, including one of my favorite beers, Estrella de Galicia. And if you go on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, there’s always a DJ playing, which adds a fun, energetic touch to the evening without feeling overwhelming.

Salvaje continues to stand out as one of the best restaurants in Lindavista. The food is consistently good, the cocktails are exceptional, and the ambiance makes it easy to keep...

Opinión sobre Salvaje Lindavista

Estacionamiento: Uno de los principales inconvenientes de Salvaje en Lindavista es la falta de estacionamiento. Esto puede complicar la visita, especialmente si vas acompañado de un bebé, como fue mi caso. Estacionar en la zona fue difícil, lo cual añadió un nivel de estrés innecesario. Desconozco si entre semana cuentan con algún servicio de valet parking, pero si no es así, sería muy recomendable que el restaurante considerara esta opción. La facilidad de acceso es un aspecto crucial que podrían mejorar para la comodidad de sus clientes.

Acceso sin Fila de Espera: Una ventaja destacable es que no hay fila de espera, lo que significa que el acceso al restaurante es inmediato. Esto es especialmente apreciable cuando tienes niños pequeños o estás en una situación en la que el tiempo es un factor importante. Además, las recomendaciones del personal sobre los platillos principales son muy acertadas, lo que facilita una buena experiencia desde el inicio.

Comida: La comida en Salvaje es, sin lugar a dudas, excelente. Los platillos cuentan con un muy buen sazón, utilizan ingredientes de calidad y la presentación es impecable. La experiencia gastronómica es de primer nivel, y el sabor de cada platillo realmente destaca. Es evidente que el restaurante se esmera en ofrecer una experiencia culinaria sobresaliente.

Atención del Personal: El servicio del personal es otro de los grandes puntos a favor de Salvaje. La atención es muy buena, diría que incluso excelente. El personal siempre está atento, ofreciendo recomendaciones acertadas, y mostrando una gran empatía y respeto hacia todos los clientes. Durante mi visita, observé situaciones donde el personal pudo haber discriminado a ciertos clientes, pero en ningún momento lo hicieron, lo cual habla muy bien de la filosofía del restaurante.

Postres: Aunque personalmente no soy muy fanático de lo dulce, debo reconocer que los postres en Salvaje son muy buenos. Las opciones disponibles son variadas y, aunque no seamos aficionados a lo dulce, es fácil encontrar algo que disfrutar. La calidad de los postres es coherente con el resto de la oferta culinaria del restaurante.

Conclusión: En general, recomiendo ampliamente el restaurante Salvaje en Lindavista. Aunque no estoy seguro si tienen varias sedes, sería excelente que lo hicieran, dado que la experiencia en este lugar es altamente recomendable. A pesar de los desafíos con el estacionamiento, la comida y el servicio compensan con creces cualquier inconveniente. Es un lugar que sin duda merece una visita.

The food here is excellent for the price. The ingredients feel very fresh, and they serve generous portions, which was totally unexpected and pleasantly surprising.

Their drinks are delicious, and I recommend trying the seasonal options for the best flavors.

Even though I’m giving 5 stars, there is one thing that makes me a bit sad. Depending on the time and day, you might not be able to enjoy certain dishes as they sometimes run out of ingredients, which can be disappointing.

The staff is very friendly and does their best to accommodate your requests. They’re also quick with updates on your orders.

Lovely atmosphere—if you enjoy being under the shade and freshness of a tree, this is your place!
