I used to like this place a lot and food is good but unfortunately today was the fourth time that the waiters refused to give me more onion for my tacos. I bought 20 tacos ($20 pesos each) and they only gave me a very little bag of onion and cilantro (you can see it in the image below), when i asked for more onion, the waiters refused to give more onion and started behaving in a very rude way.
This is a place in which you have to chase the waiters in order for them to pay any attention to you, if you have a situation in which you need to speak to a supervisor or manager, well forget about it because there is no one in charge in here, there is no supervisor, manager or owner or anything, nothing at all, only the waiters can take care of any situation that arises.
If you have a problem with your food, then you're on your own because nobody will help you.
Both for dine in or take out, prepare to be chasing the waiters because they just don't care. There is no one at the door to assign tables or take your order, you need to wait for a long time for someone to remember or even notice that you are standing out there waiting for someone to take your order or give you a table, because nobody cares.
They also charge you $15 pesos for parking your car on the street! No parking lot, your car will be exposed to whatever happens.
They also serve tacos with just one tortilla so you will definitely have to ask for more and if they get mad if you ask for onion, imagine how would they react if you ask for tortillas!
Good Food but very bad service, i used to go here and tolerate the bad attitude of the waiters but now i will just look for some other place...
Read moreAfter trying more taco places than I could count over our extended stay in Mexico City, this remains my favourite. Come for the fantastic pastor and generous portions, stay for the hidden gems!
Get a few of your favourite tacos, and then add a few wild cards: I would personally strongly recommend the papas (best baked potatoes in town) with your choice of meat, and the chicharron de queso (a crispy tube of cheese that goes well with everything).
Best line-up of sauces in town, too - always a mark of a...
