Toks Copilco — Restaurant in Mexico City

My wife and I were a little hesitant visiting here as some Toks in the city have been really bad lately. But... this one was great. We requested to sit outside even though it was a little cold (I'm Englishso no problem) we were the only ones outside so it was fairly quiet, apart from the traffic of course. We were served quickly, and the wait for the food was only 12 minutes or so ( any quicker and you should be suspicious, it's been microwaved). The server was very attentive and very pleasant. I went recently with my wife and my baby, and I think I agree with the bad comments about this place, they are very slow, I waited more than 10 minutes for them to take my order, the truth is that we just left, it's incredible that being a chain of restaurants have that treatment towards diners, in addition to the fact that the treatment...

Pesimo servicio, parece que esta uno pidiendo limosna, traen un cafe y no traen crema hasta que la pides, bueno pasa, pides mas cafe y aparte de que te tardan no traen ni crema ni azucar, anduvimos cazando a los meseros para pedir los complementos, mi hijo literalmente le tuvo que gritar a uno para que viniera.... Pidio mas pan para terminarse su sopa y JAMAS LLEGO, se acabo la sopa y yo seguía esperando por el azucar y crema..... Nos levantamos dejando el cafe intacto, ya ni la cuenta pedimos, me fui directo a la caja a pagar, le conté al que me estaba cobrando pero pues a ellos les vale gorro..... En fin, por el servicio NO recomiendo este lugar, jamas volvere, me gustaba mas cuando era vips, y tambien extraño los restaurantes California que en mala hora se...
