la Marina restaurante y bar — Restaurant in Michoacán

The location of the place is beautiful and peaceful. You have the option if waking down and up the hill or take transportation ( for a small fee) we took the walk to take advantage of the beautiful scenery and take pictures. However, one we arrived at the restaurant, that's when everything changed. The staff wasn't the most friendly, at least not with our party. We noticed other tables with foreign people and the service provided to them was very nice and prompt and since our party , we all were locals got a totally different service, if you could call it service. No one at our table was happy seeing the treatment being receives and our food nit just took a longer time than other tables, it wasn't the best taste. Management, wasn't the best, so at the moment I was able to understand the conduct of the rest...

My family and I were planning on having a nice lunch on a the lake while taking the boat ride around the lake. The receptionist asked where we were visiting from and then laughed at us like we were lying when we told her we are from Hawaii. Once we got our table, we asked for another minute to look over the menu and the waitress never returned to take out order. We left after waiting another 20 minutes. We basically had the same experience last time we came about 5 years ago. We love the lake but won’t be back to this...

Pésima cocina , el sabor es muy malo y los precios son exagerados, se aprovechan de que no hay nada a la redonda, pedimos sopa y se tardaron como media hora y después como otra media hora para el plato fuerte y estaba crudo y con espinas , nunca regresaría por voluntad propia, pero no hay nada opcional, el lugar de snacks cerrado, osea que en el hotel no te queda de otra más que comer en este pésimo lugar. Y las moscas pues bueno , se los dejo a su criterio, en ningún lugar de Michoacán había visto esa cantidad de moscas , el mesero paso a limpiar a golpes las moscas lo que provocó que una mosca le cayera a mi sopa, pero con el hambre que traía y lo tardados... Pues ya me la comí 🤣🤣 aparte no recomiendo que vayan personas mayores porque la bajada es una pesadilla, no hay wi-fi, te dicen que es exclusivo para su terminal (algo ridículo para sus precios) en fin pase un mal rato y no regresaría, los meseros fueron amables pero ya cuando nos vieron molestos, creo que no hay necesidad de llegar a tanto, mala experiencia y un poco clasista con los mexicanos con preferencia por los extranjeros, si vas a hotel cierran a las 5 ya ya no hay nada de comer en el...
