went for the past 2 day and hoped for a different experience today and both days service was just horrible drinks were horrible. Staff seems untrained. Drive Thru verifying our order and when we tried correcting what he put for our order he said he couldn’t fix it even tho we hadn’t paid yet so we just took what he put down on our order then we get to the window and instead of getting the white chocolate mocha that he didn’t let us change on our order, he gave us a cup of milk with ice and carmel drizzle and when we said if they could remake it cuz it wasn’t even the white mocha the guy was very rude and said he wouldn’t remake it even tho we are paying for it and after going back and forth he took the drink back and threw the straw at our car. Avoid this Starbucks location if possible. The customer service is poor, and the staff has a noticeable attitude. They use a single app scanner at the drive-thru but refuse to let you use it at the front desk. Expect to wait at the front for a minimum of 45 minutes after placing your order. Pésimo servicio de atención, es el ÚNICO Starbucks de México donde desconocen completamente la misión y visión de la compañía, los empleados la mayoría del tiempo se la pasan jugando entre ellos, tardan AÑOS en atender una orden porque están más preocupados jugando y en el chisme que atendiéndote, la fila estaba SOLA, pedí un muffin para llevar y tardaron literal 10 minutos en entregármelo y encima de todo frío, tuvo que dármelo el chico de caja, ya que la chica que recibió la comanda estaba jugando con sus compañeros y después de preguntarle el varias veces si estaba la orden lista, ella seguía en su juego, no es la primera vez que me pasa y por lo mismo evito ir pero necesitaba que específicamente el producto, repito, es el único Starbucks donde lejos de hacerte pasar un rato agradable, los empleados definitivamente desconocen totalmente que están haciendo ahí, están cero capacitados...
