He acudido a diferentes sucursales en México y sin duda esta es la peor. Es mi segunda vez que acudo la primera pedi una orden de fajitas y los frijoles estaban en mal estado, la segunda ocasión que acudimos la comida se miraba que estuvo mucho tiempo congelada, los boneless duros y con un color raro en el pollo, los mozzarella sticks se los comió mi pequeño hijo y yo probé el último que quedaba y me arrepentí bastante de no haberlos probado antes el queso debería ser blanco y sin embargo tenia un color un poco obscuro el empanizado sabía fatal sabía a comida vieja, el dip de artichok siempre lo he ordenado y esta vez esta super grasoso, le dije a la mesera y me dijo textualmente "no lo creo ya qué son de nuestros platillos mejores vendidos, en un momento le llamo al gerente" El gerente vino a la mesa solo me escucho y me dijo que para la próxima les avisara desde que llegara el platillo y así lo cambiaran, claramente no habrá próxima y no les recomiendo esta sucursal.

Se tardaron 40 minutos en entregarnos nuestras hamburguesas y para que llegaran frías y la carne toda tiesa pensé que sería por que tendrían mucha gente pero la verdad no había tanta. La familia de al lado que llegó antes que nosotros vi que les llegó su comida la vieron y se salieron ni siquiera se la comieron obvio ellos tenían más tiempo y no vi cómo llegaron sus platillos pero puedo hablar por el mío y si dio mucho que desear. Pero era más el hambre que tenia que ya no les dije nada. Y bueno el sabor si está rico. Pero mis papas todas aguadas y feas.

Excelente ubicación en la plaza averanda y aún costado de la autopista del sol, está en el primer nivel de la plaza y excelente promociónes tanto como en cervezas nacionales como en hamburguesas y costillas, las promociones cambian cada quincena o cada mes ya no escuché a la mesera pero pregunten promociónes vigentes, todo el personal muy atentos y la calidad de los alimentos super genial , sin duda regresaré a comerme otro elote y costillas, depende el horario que lleguen es como su puede tardar su pedidos de alimentos.

In general, the shopping center is really nice, the restaurant looked good as well, now the food was terrible, anything containing chicken, chicken nuggets for the kids, a salad with chicken WAS SO HARD TO BITE INTO, not even funny. Called the manager, I do not think she had enough training to solve the problem We spent a lot of money and was NOT worrhed, I think the only tasty things were th fríes, a burger and the Bourbon steak. A little piece of Texas in Cuernavaca! Service was great, very clean restroom, food taste the same like in Texas 🙀. Going the way of the dodo, the casual dining experience is on its death knell, overpriced , microwave food sold at a premium , the ribs dry and tiny, the chicken wings could well be homeopathic, the desserts cold and bland , I used to like Applebee's , but sincerely , who would want to go back ?

Spent about 1600 on 5 drinks and coffee this last time, friends are and didn't like it much , so , avoid , much better bang for your money...
