Chaparrito’s Tacos Bar — Restaurant in Morelos

Food was good, nothing special though. The tacos were low quality compared to other places I've been to. There are multiple screens with sports throughout the whole place. This place had a lot of tourists (including us..) and it It gives off a fast-food vibe. The bathrooms lacked toilet paper and a seat (which is common for Mexican restaurants so it's not a big deal) - they were clean though. The waiter we had was pretty disrespectful in the way she talked, I was travelling with someone who is Mexican and understands the language, but the waiter treated us like outsiders. Luckily we had another waiter as well that was very polite and offered amazing service. I guess I just had the wrong person at the wrong time so I'm not gonna take this into account heavily. Food/Price ratio is decent, again; the food was nice but not special. Overall this place gets a big 3/5 rating. One of the only 'bar/fastfood restaurant' selling Mexican foods. Just about the worst taquería that I know of. I've been there 3 or 4 times because it's close to my friend's office and she seems to think it's okay. The menu has the usual tacos and alambres and a few other plates. The server got my order wrong, I should have sent it back. I got tacos de bistek. The meat was cold and tough. The tortillas were cold and leathery. However, at $30 something pesos, you get what you pay for. The tapioca pudding was pretty bad, too. I'll have to try something...

Los tacos son deliciosos pero el servicio para llevar es ineficiente, marque por teléfono y me contesto un hombre y me dijo que ya no tenían servicio y me colgó, muy grosero. No entendí y volví a marcar para preguntar por el servicio a domicilio y si podrían proporcionarme información y me contesto una señora diciéndome que no tenían información y que buscara en otra taquerías y que cuando supiera le pasara la información a ella y que era molesto que les quitara su tiempo, creo que nunca sele debe de hablar así a un cliente, puesto que solo quería pedir información sobre a qué hora dejaban de dar servicio, etc. Que mal que siendo un lugar excelente para ir a comer/cenar te traten de esa forma súper grosera... hable a la...
