Quinta Las Flores — Hotel in Morelos

As soon we arrived to the hotel we met singular person named Ofhir, who besides being very kind and helpful, he introduced himself very courteously and said that everything we needed he was at our service (even if needed something from the pharmacy which was several blocks away) |He parked our vans, helped with our luggage and went to fetch some items we needed from the mentioned pharmacy bringing the purchase tickets. At the front desk the service was outstanding also, Alondra and Mariana answered all our questions and in the evening Hector and Daniel were more than happy to help us in everything we wanted |Summarising, all staff was increíble their service is remarkable (Hilton or Waldorf Astoria’ s level )|The rooms were spacious and clean|The gardens were beautiful and the pool was impecable.|I will also take the time to mention the personnel who keeps our rooms clean and neat: Reynaldo, Katya, Monserrat, Sílvia, Blanca, Irma and Victoria |At the dining room we were also treated as royalty, every detail was fulfilled surpassing our expectations: Javier, Luis, Rolando, Rosario and Eduardo service is commendable |Andres is in charge of cleaning and keeping those beautiful gardens in good conditions, and he certainly do a great job |Jose is in charge of maintenance and he even explained me where the temperature meters of the pool were and he set it to warm temperature of 30 * C. |The food was delicious thanks to the efforts and good taste of their chefs: Reynaldo, Hugo and Antonio|Overall, our experience was flawless and me as an American Airline employee and on behalf of my family highly recommend this place |Even more, you can be in downtown in 20 minute jogging distance |Next time I go there, will book again Quinta Las Flores...

Quinta Las Flores is a lovely, traditional hotel operated by people who understand the meaning of the word "hospitality." From assistance with luggage to special room requests to knowing how I liked my breakfast before I even sat down to assistance with navigating Cuernavaca, I felt safe and welcome and attended to for every minute of my two-week stay. The grounds are lovely and peaceful (if you stay here be sure to reserve an afternoon just to sit in the garden and sip a cool drink). My room was very comfortable and had been updated recently. The bathroom was spotless with all the towels and toiletries I could ever need. ||I saw no insects of any kind in my room during my 14-day stay. || The restaurant makes delicious food (breakfast pastries cooked onsite). My only disappointment was that during my stay, except for weekends, it was closed after about 4:00 P.M. There is a big grocery store and a few restaurants close by. This is a beautiful setting that you can enjoy assuming you actually have time to do so! The garden is gorgeous with nice pools as well. The rooms are spacious and nice, bed is good quality and you have a nice little balcony, too. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety even for vegans unfortunately no none diary milk. Unfortunate it only starts at 7am and we had to leave in the mornings just around then. ||The restaurant on site has one vegan dish and one vegetarian dish hence limited choices but beautiful setting on the terrace.||I had an issue one night with a power outage. The A/C didn’t come back on which wouldn’t have been a big deal. What was worse was that there was no water in the morning. I had it checked and was told it’ll take about 20 min. After 20 min I called only to find out, not surprisingly, that it’s a bigger issue and it’ll take another 20 min. I used bottled water for my morning toilet.||All in all...
