No Drama Pizza — Restaurant in Morelos

For me No Drama Pizza is a 5-Star pizzeria. Although pizza is subjective, there are several things that make a great pizza: 1. A quality dough that has flavor and texture; regardless if it’s thin, medium or thick. And cooked through, not gummy inside. 2. A flavorful sauce that is well balanced, weather it’s fresh, cooked or non-tomato based. 3. High-quality ingredients. No Drama Pizzería excels in all three areas. They use a fermented sourdough for their crust. There pizzas are a medium crust and a thin body like a Neapolitan style. The boarder crust is bready and crispy while the underside is cooked through yet flexible and just perfect for me. Where No Drama Pizzería hits the mark is having all the quality ingredients work together to result in a top-notch, gourmet pizza. It’s one of the best pizzas I have reviewed and worth a try. The fresh juices are super good, weather had the orange and also the grapefruit. The desserts are homemade. We had the tiramisu, which was incredible. It had a creamy consistency, delicious ladyfingers that were moist and not soggy. It also had dark chocolate bits though out. Tuve la oportunidad de visitar No Drama Pizza el domingo pasado y fue una muy grata sorpresa. Las ensaladas están muy bien servidas & deliciosas. Tienen una amplia variedad de pizzas lo cual se agradece bastante & puedes pedir mitad y mitad para poder degustar de dos. Mi favorita en esta primera ocasión fue la “Prosciutto e higo”, la masa es delgada y quizá me hubiese gustado un poco más firme, pero el sabor totalmente agradable. Como era la primera vez que visitábamos el lugar nos explicaron con amabilidad el tamaño de la pizza y porciones. La bebida sebbe de manzana con cardamomo me gustó mucho. El lugar es pequeño pero agradable, ese día hacia un poco de calor, da un poquito el sol y nos acaloramos un poco pero nada que no se arregle con otro ventilador.
