Party of 12 for Sunday afternoon July 28 2024 for lunch. Ate there one year ago and liked it enough to go back with extended family. The next day in the evening I developed diarrhea which as of today Thursday I am recovering. My son had diarrhea for less than one day. I attributed it to local conditions. Yesterday we discovered our relative has been in bed with severe diarrhea since Monday. Thus my conclusion this place was the problem ! We believe the contamination was the shrimp soup for him and the shrimp tostadas or perhaps the tequila shrimp for me.

They sell breaded shrimp. Some dishes come with coleslaw. But they won't combine them for you. The shrimp tacos they do have have poor quality shrimp, splashed with diabla sauce and some sorry looking lettuce. Other details, like homemade salsas, are absent, just commercial bottles and poor quality ones at that. And they don't serve coffee. Why? To maximize profit. La calificación, sin embargo es debido a que podrían mejorar muchísimo en cuanto a sus protocolos de higiene debido a la pandemia, tomando en cuenta que no hablamos de una fondita, sino de un buen restaurante. Desde la entrada, el tapete sanitizante no tenía líquido suficiente (estaba prácticamente seco), había personal con el cubrebocas mal colocado, tienen valet parking pero no sanitizan el auto (volante y palancas) tras entregarlo el acomodador, la cucharilla de una de las salsas tenía una costra de salsa reseca de que ya había sido usada anteriormente (tal vez por días); cuando llegamos el mesero limpió la mesa pero no los frascos de las salsas comerciales (búfalo, habanero, etc). Hay que contemplar que sobre todo en este tipo de alimentos, que se sirven sobre galletas, la gente come, se lleva los dedos a la boca y después le pone salsa a sus demás alimentos.
