P.F. Chang's Galerías Cuernavaca — Restaurant in Morelos

After seeing this place I decided to give a try and compare the food with its counterpart in California. Let’s start at the door with the hostess indifference and could care less attitude if you come in or not same when we left. Service is attentive but lacks attention at times when you need a glass of water or something simple. The place is pleasant enough with the usual loud music that doesn’t allow you to concentrate at the task at hand which is enjoying your meal and having a pleasant conversation. Drinks, a Asian pear mojito good enough but not as delicious as in another PF Chang place, the Asian clericot it was delicious! Tempura calamari, good size plate vegetables and calamari were good but the wrapping too heavy and not light and fluffy the way is suppose to be. Grilled salmon, well done with a bit of espárragos . Filet mignon with cherry tomatoes, crispy potatoes and onions, the meat was good the dish as a whole very disappointing. I wish I could say it was a good experience but it was a pricey and disappointing meal for two at almost $1000.00 pesos plus tip for two. I was procrastinating on several occasions to stop by and eat at this Chinese restaurant, because it’s in a mall!!

However, I’m glad I finally had the opportunity to dine at this excellent in my opinion 10 out of 10 rating Chinese restaurant.

As I was being seated at my table, I jokingly told the host… “let’s see if this place is all that!!”; To which the host replied, “… you will be back.”

The food was off the hook, giving the dinner plates a unique Asian acquired taste that really wake up your taste buds…

Very good dinning experience at this restaurant while visiting this mall in Cuernavaca. Quality of meals and and good flavor of meals is a constant. Most of the dishes are well prepared and tasty. It is a good option for lunch or dinner. Servers are polite, but with opportunity to improve timing of attention. Restaurant decoration is nice and well maintained.
