The food took so long just for it to taste bad. Me and my family were waiting for our food for 1 hour. Literally no one had their food yet and there were some waiters not doing anything and laughing mean while multiple people were maybe starving. One of the waiters brought my order to a different table because they got confused and thought it was someone else’s. The person grabbed MY food with their hand and put it back on the plate because they realized it wasn’t their order. El viernes 23 de agosto asistí con mi hijo a comer a las instalaciones de forum Cuernavaca , llegamos como habitualmente lo hacemos, ya que soy cliente frecuente, pedimos los alimentos y yo tuve que contestar una llamada, en ese día mi hijo escucho a los trabajadores que éramos la mesa ganadora, me comentó pero no pude atención, le volví a preguntar ganadores de que , el no entendía tampoco, al terminar los alimentos procedi a pagar y salí del lugar, pero no me fui de la plaza ya que mi hijo quedó de reunirse con un compañero de su escuela, esabamos en el área de comida justo enfrente del restaurante, no pasaron ni 20 min cuando la mesa justo a la entrada , empezó con un festejo de serpentinas, cornetas, espuma y el personal, empecé a hilar lo que me dijo mi hijo y le pregunté a la chica de la entrada, ella me dijo que era el aniversario num 28, entonces todo tu o sentido, el gerente nos nego el premio por qué razón, eramos solo dos personas pero al final la mesa ganadora, eso se me hizo de lo más injusto, yo sé que el gerente es nuevo y no me conoce bien pero el personal si, el gerente anterior Jahir siempre fue muy amable y muy atento, entonces, yo quiero que el gerente me de una explicación del por qué salto mi premio, espero que me den una...
