This place needs lots of improvement in the customer service department. Ordered a burger with fries. Burger was no big deal. The fries were the leftover fries from previous orders. Had to throw them away. The server offered me a promo wich was a 2X1 on boneless wings. I told her I would think about. Halfway through the burger I ordered 1 promo to go. After a while another server came to my table with 2 orders of bbq bonless wings. Told her the order was to go she took the plate back then immediately after the server left, the manager comes and explains that the promos are for here only, I proceeded to cancel the promo and told her no thanx. She kept insisting that I could not cancel the promo and that I had to pay for it. I did not budge and told her I would not be paying for the promo. Good spot to meet up with friends. Listen to trendy music and get a quick bite. Our server was awesome, very attentive. Place in on a second floor. (There are lots of steps to consider)

Food came out in an instant. I'm not sure if it was a slow day or food was on a warmer. I ordered Mozarella sticks. The outside felt warm, but inside the Mozarella was cool, same for the boneless wings 😏 the BBQ PORK sandwich was a disappointment 😞 There was barely a spread of mushy pork spread on the hero like bread sprinkle with a bit of red cabbage. My mother had the salad 🥗 that came with strips of chicken (well cooked and seasoned). The vibe is relaxed and the open space is great for this climate. My first night here and the football was a little too late, so hard to hear my friends talking, and the nachos were too simple (need more cheese and jalapeños), but overall the service was great, friendly and efficient! They are also very punctual about closing on time too...
