Mezquite — Restaurant in Nayarit

Dinner at El Mezquite at the Conrad Hotel in Punta Mita was a truly wonderful experience. We were fortunate not only to enjoy a delicious meal but also to receive exceptional service that elevated the entire evening.

Our table was set right in front of the ocean, allowing us to take in a breathtaking sunset that added a magical touch to the night.

A heartfelt thank you to Joel and Edgar, who supported us from the moment we made our reservation. Their attention to detail and thoughtful check-ins throughout the evening made us feel genuinely cared for. Chef Salvador personally came to our table to introduce himself. It was a warm, personal gesture that reflected the heart and hospitality of the entire team.

And of course, we cannot say enough about Francisco, who assisted us throughout the evening. His genuine kindness, attentiveness, and care went far beyond expectations.

Only taking off 1 star because my shrimp was not very good. Little flavor and had huge veins in it, and they didn’t have the wine we ordered, and with the ribeye there were about 6 options of sauces to choose from and they only had 2 of them, and they were the only 2 we didn’t want. Other than that the atmosphere was BEAUTIFUL. And our waiter Jesus was amazing. The rosemary bread was so so good and the ribeye was too. The ravioli was just ok. This is a beautiful hotel and restaurant perfect for a sunset dinner and taking pictures. I’m glad we went here and will come back again, but will just stick with steak. I would ask if they have a cork fee and bring your own wine because we ordered wine you can get at a gas station in Texas and paid $89 but that is to...

This restaurant on the beach is so beautiful and romantic, we came here for a sunset dinner and were blown away by the gorgeous view and fantastic experience. This restaurant is inside the Conrad property so if you are staying here you absolutely need to take the time to visit this restaurant for either brunch or a more elegant sunset dinner. The food was also very good, I would recommend the seafood as it was all very fresh and flavorful, the steaks were ok, a little tough and lacking salt, I wouldnt order one again but would definitely come back for the seafood...
