Bife Ancho — Restaurant in Nuevo León

We setup a breakfast meeting at Bife Ancho, we were offered a secluded space just right for our needs. They have an assortment of norteño's breakfasts. With the likes oj juice fruit, and dishes like machacado, chilaquiles, eggs, etc. I ordered a Machacado a la Diabla, supposedly very hot, but not enough. I have to be very clear: the service and food were good. Those three stars could be a four for other people. Why are they a three for me? The experience was not memorable. I did enjoy the buffet and the fact that the place (even the bathrooms) looked very clean but I did not take anything special (like a particularly delicious dish). If this sounds too demanding to you, I assure you, you will enjoy the visit.
