Walmart — Local services in Nuevo León

Poor customer service. Wanted to buy an item from the liquidation section and the price was wrong. I was charged the original price and not the discounted one, which was also shown via the code scanner of the Walmart app. After paying at the check out I had to spend over 15 min walking back and forth, talking to employees that didn’t want to assist. Tends to be well stocked, has good prices and a lot of items. Ample free parking. Staff goes from the best to the worst some are very nice and go out of their way to help you and some are really rude and will leave you waiting for hours, specially on customer service desk. Lousy customet service. The supervisor at the handicap register, is an absolutely ignorant and very unpolite. We were being overpriced for some groceries, and even when we showed him a picture of the right price, he still charged us wrongly.
