Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Nuevo León

The chicken flavor is great and loyal to the brand (who haven't tried this delicious fried chicken?). I was in line for an order to go, and to my surprise there was a homeless man (who wasn't able to speak for being high or drunk idk) disturbing the customers inside the restaurant. The employees were busy making the chicken that tried so little to convince him to leave until another customer was successful doing so. It was an unpleasant and awkward situation for everybody that took like 15min long. I think they could have made more to prevent it but they didn't. Good afternoon, I called to this establishment to order something to eat for lunch and the manager (I think) replied my call and left me on waiting for almost fifteen minutes and then hung me out. Why did he do that if they promise us a good quality of service? After that happened I tried to call another branch and they had hung me out too like 3 times I insisted to call. It is a disappointment that the service they gave me in that day was absolutely a DISASTER GOOD QUALITY OF FOOD POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE CHURCH FRIED...

Saludos y disculpen la molestia pero estoy bastante molesto que siempre que vengo a esta sucursal, tiene 1001 escusas para no brindar el servicio. Ayer 21/03/23 aproximadamente 8:20pm fui a comer mi pollo favorito con el poco tiempo que tengo en mi hora de comer y me dicen que no me pueden atender. Que llego el pedido de Pollo y al mismo tiempo haciendo la limpieza para cerrar. Lo primero que me dijo la empleada que estaban cerrados. Yo le pregunte "a que hora cierran" y me dijo que a las "9pm." Total, me mando a la v....., me ignoro y simplemente no fui atendido en horarios adecuados. Fui a otro Church's en Santa Catarina por el HEB y aun faltando 15 minutos para las 9pm, alcance Pollo caliente y muy rico. En esta sucursal tienen un servicio pésimo y la verdad no sabes cuando vas a encontrar a la gente de buenas que siempre están de malas y quejándose de su trabajo por el abuso de los corporativos.

Yo he sido cliente por mas de 35 anos y conozco bien el teje y maneje de este negocio así que cuando me dicen serian 30 minutos para mi Pollo se que no quieren atender o trabajar y que me vaya, esta táctica la usa mucho esta sucursal.
