El Gran Pastor — Restaurant in Nuevo León

Great cabrito and always great experience until recently at the Santiago location. First the cabrito was cold and the server was very attentive and warmed it up but once warmed the cabrito was completely dry. I know cabrito is lean and it is often the case that is a bit on the dry side but this was just unacceptable. The server himself thought it needed to be changed but as he was making his way to the kitchen he ran into the manager and the manager told him to return the plate to us as it was. What a disgrace of a manager. He didn’t even bother to come talk to us all the while he was sitting down and stuffing his face with food… shame good places are mismanaged by people like this.
