We had high expectations for Norreste Grill, but our recent experience fell short of expectations. The service was inconsistent, with our waitress excelling at taking initial orders but becoming increasingly absent thereafter. We frequently had to flag her down to request additional drinks. The timing of our meal was also disappointing, with dishes arriving at different intervals. Additionally, the preparation of my cowboy ribeye, was a letdown. It's not a 5 star restaurant but is a good place to have dinner. Prices are moderate and the night we were there service was ok. I had an issue with the Salsa the waiter made for us, he said no problem and promptly made me a less spicy one. The rib eye for two was divine, the best part was the huge marrow filled bone that came with it. Cooked to perfection and the flambeau that the waiter did for us was great. I love their picana. I love that they make the sauce in front of you and you can make it. And they started with their appetizer tortilla chips unlimited refill. Keep it up!! It's only getting better
