Hampton Inn by Hilton Monterrey Apodaca — Hotel in Nuevo León

This is an excellent 3-star hotel experience. It is significantly nicer than the Hampton Inn Aeropuerto up the road. The breakfast at this hotel is absolutely fantastic with 5+ fruit options, 3+ entrees, 4 coffee options (always go Canela), and even Korean breakfast! Customer service is consistently amazing. The restaurant is solid, but the access to the food court at Plaza Sendero La Fe cannot be beat. The parking is extremely safe and validated. Amenities are clean and well stocked including an outdoor fire pit and grilling area. I couldn't do it on the Hilton survey so I will add it here. Everything was perfect and everybody was nice. My two recommendations are 1. You should face the parking validation machine facing the customers so we can validate them ourselves (I saw this at a walmart in Guadalajara, great idea) 2. The laundry morning knocking doors service could hugely be improved by asking guests to hang a laundry service needed sign outside the doors so that way they do not wake us up if we forget to put the do not disturb sign plus or knock every single door, this will make the process way faster. I was helped 100% at Hampton Inn by Hilton. I had just checked in at another hotel and was having a very bad experience. I was trying to transfer hotels and came across Hampton Inn by Hilton on the internet. I called Hampton and explain to them my situation. They were able to help me on booking the rest of the days I was going to be there. The hotel is Beautiful. The rooms are kept super clean. The staff is very friendly. The prices are also great. If I would of known about this hotel from the very beginning I would of reserved it immediately. I will be going back in a couple of months and can say for sure I will be staying here. Great...
