Best Bakery in Monterrey and I tried many in last years. In Europe fresh pastry and bread are big deal and there's many competitors and PAN-PAN is by far closest to European level. After starting to live in MX i realize pastry here is very different (don't like that much MX sweets sorry) and big part is MX butter that tastes very different. However Pan-Pan offeres incredible range of pastries that really do taste great and using different butter that makes correct taste and structure of dough (eg. Croissant). Keep it up!...
