Pepe's N Luca's — Restaurant in Nuevo León

hello all, I typically don’t send reviews but it has to be said and announced this Italian restaurant does not exude the friendly and loving Italian culture it’s known for. I believe it’s important for preventive disappointment especially to save everyone the time and energy of entertaining this place. First, this restaurant is a joke with its somber atmosphere. Second, this establishment is an embarrassment to the local business community because they are not honest with their customers. Google published it’s open until 8pm and the sign on the door mentioned you would be back at 6pm and I waited in vain and there was a no show. Third, I would strongly encourage anyone NOT TO PATRONIZE here because they do not care to provide great customer service. Fourth, this establishment could learn a lot from the street vendor’s play book who actually do care and respect their customers.

Creo que es importante prevenir decepciones, especialmente para ahorrarles a todos el tiempo y la energía de entretener a este lugar. Primero, este restaurante es una broma con su atmósfera sombría. Segundo, este establecimiento es una vergüenza para la comunidad empresarial local porque no son honestos con sus clientes. El lugar está cómodo y agradable, las 2 salsas que tienen están deliciosas, la verde pica muy rico, el guisado (asado) tiene rico sabor, la atención es buena. Los precios me parecen accesibles.
