Muy buenos tacos de harina y maiz, recomendados si estás por el área

RESÚMEN: PROS: buena sazón en todos los guisos; precios bastante aceptables; servicio amable CONTRAS: si llegas y hay mucha gente es probable que tengas que hacer fila en el sol; las mesas están en un pequeño local enfrente, por lo que hay que cruzar una calle (no recomendable para niños)

REVISIÓN COMPLETA: Es importante aclarar que viajamos casi 15km para visitar estos tacos porque un amigo nos comentó que había visto en TikTok que varios "influencers" los recomendaban y que incluso tenían una recomendación "Michelin". Debido a esto, llegamos con grandes expectativas.

Sin embargo, siendo mexicanos y siendo fanático de los tacos callejeros, estos tacos desafortunadamente no llenaron nuestras expectativas. NO SIGNIFICA QUE NO SEAN BUENOS; sí están buenos...pero no épicos (como para justificar viajar 15km).

Eso si, el servicio es rápido y muy amable, pero el hecho de que tuvimos que esperar un rato en el sol y que el lugar donde nos sentamos a comer era bastante caliente hace que no sea un lugar al que quisieras ir a comer con frecuencia (mucha gente compra para llevar por esta razón).

Fuera de estos inconvenientes, todos los guisos que pedimos estaban muy buenos y los precios bastante aceptables ($23 MXN por taco, Jun-2024). RECOMIENDO el taco "chicharrón especial", el cual consiste en chicharrón con queso y bañado con frijol (no está en el menú) y el de "chile jalapeño relleno con queso". Sin embargo todos los guisos en general están buenos.

A resumidas cuentas, recomiendo estos tacos si vives o te encuentras cerca del área, pero no creo que justifiquen viajar largas distancias por ellos, ya que hay muchos igualmente excelentes tacos de guisos en diversos puntos...

Went here as I read that they received a Michelin star when I arrived thought really...They had many stews but I suggest the rajas con queso, liver and Chile relleno with the flour tortillas....salsas were excellent...Not sure how they received a Michelin star?... The corn and flour tacos are amazing, the flour tortillas are hand made! Very well served, there are plenty of options to put on the tacos, the asado and chicharrón were the best in my opinion you can also add shredded melted cheese to enhance the flavor even more if you like. These are great street tacos there is an indoor place to eat with...
