Lousy service. Examples. Requested before dinner mezcal. After everyone else at table got drink and mine didn’t materialize I called waiter over and said since mezcal was not coming can change to cocktail. Neither showed up even though I asked 3 other staff. Each said they’d check and never came through. Eventually I was able to flag down the same waiter again and I was able to get the before dinner cocktail with the last few bites of my meal. No apologies or explanations were given. Then we’re still eating and they start to clear the table. No follow up on waiter to see if we needed anything we needed more tortillas given the food choices we had chosen and each time had to literally wave the empty basket for a de mi minutes before someone noticed. I would say the food was ok. But the service leaves such a bad taste that I say choose somewhere else so you can enjoy your meal. And the cheesecake was burnt and dry. I’m their mezcal is ok at best. They provided 2 samples but after sipping the 2 ms one it smelled off. Best of luck to you if you come here. They need new staff...

This place is just amazing. The food is very good and the service is great. Staff is very professional and friendly as well. They can also speak English, which is not super common in the area. What is most amazing in this place, though, is the atmosphere and the area itself. They have an artisanal production of Mezcal, which you can see, and they can explain to you how everything works. If you are lucky, you can also see the horse working to create the mezcal paste before fermenting. They have an art gallery with a lot of great pieces, they have an antique museum, and they have a kid's play park. The garden is also very nice. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Whether you are looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this place will...

Really great drinks at a very great price and there's no competition in the whole town for atmosphere or for keeping your kids entertained. It was just by chance we walked in thinking it was actually a hotel but we were very happy to explore inside and get a table. We're vegetarian so we didn't have many options which is pretty standard in Mexico. So random but there's waterfall bridge system with fish and turtles hiding in...

---- Ask for Clemente, the House's master distiller, who can give you an interesting tour in English around the property. He explained the steps involved in harvesting the agave and making it in the industrial, artisanal and ancestral ways. The company works with over ten types of agave! After the walk through, we had a delicious lunch where he led us in a tasting of three incredibly diverse and uncommon mezcales: a young cuishe (instead of the more known young espadín), a double barrel reposado espadín which has kosher certification, and a decadent 5 year special reserve añejo espadín. It was a revelation to sip on them while Clemente guided our nose and pallet in the comparison of notes.
